Something that is quite rare in the Premier League currently, more than one game is taking place at 3pm as West Ham welcome Burnley. It's the first of two good-looking back-to-back fixtures for David Moyes' side, who progressed through in the FA Cup with victory against Stockport.
Burnley were narrowly beaten by Manchester United last time out but they did beat Sheffield United to pick up three crucial points in the game before. They are a side who are used to having close games, all eight of their contests since the 5-0 hammering by Manchester City have seen just the one goal in it at most.
The same can be said for West Ham's last four in all competitions, with the 3-0 defeat to Chelsea being the only one in their last seven to be a significant score one way or the other. That said, that was a scoreline that didn't necessarily reflect the nature of the game.
Therefore it would be reasonable to expect a close game here. The half-time result being a draw is pretty much 11/10 across the board, but backing a draw at the break with the Hammers winning the game gives us a much more appealing best price of 15/4.
West Ham see more of their goals come in the second-half of matches. 15 of their 24 have come after the break while Burnley sit 17th in the Premier League for goals conceded before the 45th minute. With the Clarets' games often being tight and low-scoring, it would be far from a surprise to see this game being 0-0 at half-time.
Six of West Ham's last seven games at home have seen under 1.5 goals at half-time, while the same can be said for seven of Burnley's last eight away. 0-0 at the break is a best price of 19/10, but it's worth squeezing out the extra value by taking the game to finish in a home victory.
This is a Burnley side who have picked up just six points from a possible 24 away from home, it's a return that leaves them 18th in the away standings. West Ham have seen double that in their home contests this season and it should be another game that ends in three points here as they aim to push back up the table.
Score prediction: West Ham 1-0 Burnley (Sky Bet odds: 5/1)
