Watch: Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp faces Raymond van Barneveld in a game of darts

Ahead of the PDC World Championships, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has tried his hand at darts with some mixed results.

In a feature with Sky Sports, Klopp was joined by his assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders and professional players Raymond van Barneveld and Max Hopp.

The four then split into two teams, Team Germany and Team Holland, to compete in a set of challenges to see who would come out on top.

During the games, Klopp started to build his darts character and revealed that he'd opt for Die Toten Hosen - Tage Wie Diese as his walk-on music, with 'The Beast' his preferred nickname.

While he's established himself as one of world football's top coaches, Hopp admitted that Klopp should stick to the dugout instead of looking for a change of sport.

"I'm an honest person, I'll say that I wouldn't sign him if I was a darts manager," Hopp joked.

"But there's room for improvement and what Jurgen has is the winning mentality as you can see with his club Liverpool."
