To review all the deals from this summer's transfer window, head to our done deals page here.
Leeds United winger Clarke Oduor has joined Barnsley on a permanent transfer, for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old, product of the Leeds academy, made one senior appearance for the Whites, from the bench, against Queens Park Rangers in the Emirates FA Cup back in January.
Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon.
The fee is believed to be around the ยฃ25m mark.
Charlton turned down a ยฃ4m bid from Brentford for striker Lyle Taylor two minutes before the 5pm transfer deadline, according to Sky Sports.
Taylor has a year remaining on his contract at The Valley.
Will Ryan Sessegnon follow shortly?
Bristol City have been desperate to sign a striker this summer and have seen top target Eddie Nketiah join Leeds. They could be about to bring one in though.
Stoke striker Benik Afobe has joined the Robins on-loan for the remainder of this season, according to Sky Sports.
The Premier League are considering SIX deal sheets.
One of which is reported to be Alex Iwobi, who is set to join Everton from Arsenal!
Burnley have added to their midfield options with the addition of Chelsea's Danny Drinkwater on a season-long loan.
IT'S THE ONE WE'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR...
Jim White is clapping, for some reason, and the transfer window is now closed!
A few deal sheets are in though so some moves still to come.
Stay with us!
Watford have had a bid rejected for Tottenhamโs Danny Rose, according to Sky Sports.
Speculation over the 29-year-old's future has been rife all summer despite the player wanting to remain at Spurs and fight for a first-team place.
However, earlier this month Rose was left out of Tottenham's tour to Singapore and was told he was not part of Mauricio Pochettino's long-term plans.
Ok not quite, but Andy Carroll is back at Newcastle!
Wigan have completed the loan signing of Bright Enobakhare from Wolves.
The 21-year-old, who scored six goals in 18 games on loan at Coventry at the end of the 2018/19 campaign, moves to the DW Stadium for the 2019-20 season.
A few potential deals still to go through that we are awaiting official confirmation on.
Arsenal haven't confirmed the signings of Kieran Tierney and David Luiz, but that should happen before the deadline.
A reminder that teams can submit deal sheets to give themselves an extra two hours to sort any pending transfers.

Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has confirmed that Wilfried Zaha will be staying at Selhurst Park.
"He's staying, absolutely, and we're pleased about that," Hodgson told Sky Sports News. "I sent him home today, it being the last day of the transfer window, because it's well documented that he wanted to leave.
"It hasn't worked out for him in that respect but now I am looking forward to seeing him do this season what he has done for us in the past few seasons.
"We respect him and he respects us and we expect him to come back and do what he does.
"His beef is with the chairman and the owners because he wanted to leave and they didn't receive an acceptable offer, but when you sign long-term contracts then you have to accept this kind of thing and come to terms with that.
"I certainly don't have a problem with him."
Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has completed his big-money switch to Inter Milan, the Serie A side have announced.
Just two years after arriving at Old Trafford from Everton, the 26-year-old this summer made clear his desire to move to pastures new.
Antonio Conte's men finally struck a deal that PA understands could reach 80 million euros (ยฃ73.75million) and includes a sell-on clause.
Tom Pearce has completed a move from Leeds to Sky Bet Championship rivals Wigan for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old full-back progressed through the ranks at Leeds after joining the club from Everton in 2014 and went on to make 10 senior appearances, scoring one goal.
After struggling for regular first-team football last term, Pearce joined Scunthorpe United on loan in January, making nine outings for the Irons.
A Leeds statement read: "We wish Tom all the best for the future."
Wilfried Zaha will be staying at Crystal Palace, despite handing in a transfer request!
He will not be signing for Everton in this window.
Highly-rated Norwich sporting director Stuart Webber is in advanced talks over a new contract at Carrow Road.
The Canaries want to reward Webber for his success and are in discussions over a deal, PA Sport understands.
Webber has been open about wanting to work at the top level and has previously said he will not be at Norwich for the rest of his career but is expected to sign fresh terms.
He has helped mastermind the Canaries' return to the Premier League after joining in May 2017 from Huddersfield.
Watford have confirmed the signing of Ismaรฏla Sarr from French club Stade Rennais
West Brom have signed West Ham midfielder Grady Diangana on a season-long loan deal.
The 24-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Hammers while current Albion boss Slaven Bilic was in charge at the Premier League club.
He becomes the sixth new arrival at The Hawthorns this summer, following Filip Krovinovic, Kenneth Zohore, Semi Ajayi, Darnell Furlong and Romaine Sawyers through the door.
Tottenham have completed a deal to sign Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon.
Manchester City have agreed a Deadline Day deal for Pedro Porro from their sister club Girona, according to Sky Sports.
They report that the 19-year old defender will be loaned out immediately to Real Valladolid.
Danny Drinkwater has now completed his medical ahead of a move to Burnley.
The Chelsea midfielder will join on a season-long loan.
Charlie Austin is on the move this deadline day, with West Brom agreeing a deal with Southampton for the striker.
The fee is believed to be in the region of ยฃ4m.
Brighton are "close" to completing a deal for Huddersfield midfielder Aaron Mooy ahead of the transfer deadline, according to manager Graham Potter.
Australia international Mooy made 65 Premier League appearances for the Terriers during the past two seasons before their relegation in May.
"I think we're close at the moment but nothing to announce formally," said Potter. "But he's a player we like, of course, and we hope that we can get it finalised today.
"He's had experience of promotion out of the Championship and he's also had experience of being in the Premier League and, in terms of a character, we like him a lot. His attributes as a footballer, I think they fit into our group.
"I'm reluctant to go into too much detail, forgive me, because he's not our player."
Sean Dyche says Danny Drinkwater could be a Burnley player before the deadline - a deal has been agreed with Chelsea so it's just the formalities before he joins the Clarets.
There's a headline of turning (Drink) water into (claret) win but we just can't get it...
Ryan Sessegnon to Spurs is one of those transfer we always thought would happen, but somehow it's taken until deadline day to get it done. ยฃ30m is the fee being talked about for the talented England man and that feels like round about the right fee.
Good deal all round!
Almost there, the Gunners are closing in on signing an actual defender! And a good one at that as Kieran Tierney undergoes a medical ahead of his move to Unai Emery's side - and it's a signing they badly needed.
He's highly-regarded in Scotland but this is a huge test, they'll be hoping they've got another Andy Robertson on their hands!
Nuno Espirito Santo needs plenty of players considering they're in Europa League action this season - and he's set to land two new faces in the shape of Bayern Munich midfielder Meritan Shabani and Reading forward Danny Loader.
Both players are thought to be having medicals.
Jurgen Klopp refused to say whether Liverpool had the chance to bring Philippe Coutinho back to Anfield in this transfer window - which obviously means that they did, but decided against it!
Have they missed a trick though? There's no doubting Coutinho's quality so it can only be the bad blood that still exists from his exit that was a stumbling block..
Bobby Reid is NOT returning to Bristol City, with Fulham now favourites to sign the Cardiff man. The Robins had hoped to bring him back after he played in the Premier League with eh Bluebirds last season, but it is now the relegated Cottagers who are leading the way.
Derby are being linked with a move for Celtic winger Scott Sinclair. Neil Lennon left Sinclair out of his Champions League qualifying squad last night amid speculation over his future, and now it looks like it is the rams who are trying to make a late move for him.
West Bromwich Albion are looking to complete a couple of deals today - with West Ham winger Grady Diangana looking likely while they're still hopeful of bagging Charlie Austin.
Newcastle have agreed to allow Jacob Murphy to go to Sheffield Wednesday on a season-long loan deal - he's on his way to the Steel City as we speak.
It's getting closer Tottenham fans! The Argentinian is in London to complete his medical ahead of a ยฃ55m move from Real Betis. Along with Ndombele that makes it over ยฃ100m spent by Mauricio Pochettino after two transfer windows spending exactly zero.
Exciting times.
Danny Drinkwater looks set to finally play some football again as he looks to seal a move to Burnley.
He played 30 mins of the Community Shield last season for Chelsea...that's it! Hopefully he can get back to his best at Turf Moor.
Wilfried Zaha is not training with Crystal Palace today as he looks to force a move away to Everton on deadline day, after the Eagles slapped an ยฃ80m price tag on him.
Player power is again set to come out on top and it seems only a matter of time before he gets his move - that could spell trouble for Palace though.
All these transfers get us right up for the start of the Premier League season tomorrow - so much so we've got all our best feature and preview content in one place - check it out!
It's been like a Love Island triangle with Paulo Dybala, Juventus, Manchester United and Tottenham, but in fact it looks like now he's going to remain with his Old Lady in Turin.
When Juve's head was turned by Romelu Lukaku, Dybala instantly made a play for Man Utd, but the two didn't see eye-to-eye so he then went for a chat with Spurs.
That flirtation with Mauricio Pochettino was enough to force Juve into action though, and they've now pulled out of the break up and there looks to be an emotional re-coupling going on in Italy.
Glad that's over....
After missing out on Chris Smalling, Everton are now looking to sign Man Utd defender Marcus Rojo. None of that sentence inspires confidence in the decision makers at Goodison but they've done pretty well so far this summer so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
The reported ยฃ20m fee could be a big steep though.
Could Andy Carroll be returning to Newcastle? He's as short as 1/5 to return to Tyneside this summer - although it doesn't have to happen today as he's a free agent so can sign anytime. Still, we love a story like this on deadline day.
Mike Ashley takes a lot of stick but he is at least signing SOME Players, so pretty expensive ones such as Joelinton and some a bit cheaper such as Emil Krafth. But Krafth is a World Cup quarter-finalist with Sweden so not to be sniffed at.
Paulo Dybala to Spurs is OFF! Those images rights were an issue in the negotiations, but reports now suggest that in fact it was Juventus who have pulled the plug on the entire deal!
Many not be the end of it but big blow if it stays that way...
The Derby keeper is due for a medical at Man City ahead of a loan move to the Premier League champions - this transfer window just keeps on giving! It's not the biggest move but may just be the craziest as the former England shot-stopper goes to warm the bench at the Etihad as Pep Guardiola's third choice.
There's also the small matter of homegrown quotas to fill as well....
Aston Villa have made a lot of signings this summer, and I mean, a lot, to keeping hold of John McGinn could be the pick of the bunch. He's signed a new five-year contract with Dean Smith's newly-promoted side.
Paulo Dybala is a tricky man to negotiate with, especially when it comes to image rights, and that's a big sticking point in his proposed move to Spurs from Juventus.
Mind you, with Daniel Levy on the other side of the negotiating table this one could go right down to the wire!
The Chelsea defender is now said to be having a medical at Arsenal ahead of his shock move to the Emirates as this crazy deal progresses...
Leicester have agree fee of around ยฃ18m with Sampdoria for Belgium international midfielder Dennis Praet.
Praet is a former team-mate of Youri Tielemans at Anderlecht so they could form a handy midfield partnership at the KP next season. He certainly seems like a Brendan Rodgers-type signing.
Could veteran marksman Mario Mandzukic be the man to replace Lukaku at Old Trafford? Reports say the Red Devils are taking a look at the Juventus man.
However, it could be Athletic Bilbao's Inaki Williams - but they'd have to pay around about ยฃ70m to get him over from Spain.
Inter Milan and Manchester United have agreed a ยฃ73million deal for Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgian has arrived in Italy ahead of a medical with a five-year deal expected to be signed at the San Siro.
Sky in Italy claim the Red Devils are now back in talks to sign Mario Mandzukic from Juventus as a replacement for Lukaku.
A deal that looked likely all summer long, maybe Spurs forgot about the Fulham man with all the hoopla over Dybala, Lo Celso and Coutinho - but a fee has been agreed with the Cottagers for the promising young full-back/winger.
He'll probably be deployed as a left back, or a wing back if Spurs go three at the back - either way there are plenty of options with this talented player.
It's deadline day!

We'll be with you bright and early for deadline day! Before then, a look at the big headlines heading into Thursday...
Arsenal have agreed a fee with Celtic over the transfer of defender Kieran Tierney.
The left-back is on his way to London and looks set to sign ahead of Thursday's Premier League deadline, according to Sky Sports.
Crystal Palace have signed Spanish midfielder Victor Camarasa on loan from LaLiga club Real Betis.
The 25-year-old will spend the season at Selhurt Park, with the Eagles then having the option to buy him next summer.
"I'm delighted that we've signed Victor, and we think he will further improve the quality of our squad," Palace chairman Steve Parish told the club website.
Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna has handed in a formal transfer request, according to PA.
The 22-year-old has been the subject of bids from Nottingham Forest and QPR in recent weeks, with the London club having an improved offer rejected on Friday.
Hull, Celtic and Aston Villa have failed with offers for McKenna in previous transfer windows. Villa's bid last summer was reported to be worth up to ยฃ7million.
Stoke are also believed to have shown firm interest in the Scotland centre-back.
