Crystal Palace v Tottenham Hotspur (Saturday November 8, 1730 kick-off, BT Sport 1)

Crystal Palace's cruel run of fixtures continues on Saturday as they come up against Tottenham at Selhurst Park.

Their last four opponents have been Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and Wolves, with their next two being Tottenham and Manchester United.

Tottenham celebrate

Roy Hodgson's side are on a six-game winless run and will see these sort of fixtures as more of a free hit, with the following games against Burnley, Palace and West Ham more important to their league ambitions.

Spurs have won five of their last six league clashes and will be buoyed after a late comeback win against PSV in the Champions League on Tuesday.

They are keeping within touching distance of the top three and face Chelsea and Arsenal in their next two fixtures, so keeping momentum will be key.

Betting guide

Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-2 Tottenham (Sky Bet odds: 15/2)
The Eagles put in an encouraging performance at Chelsea in the opening half hour, before Maurizio Sarri's side got a hold of the game, and they showed what they are capable of against top teams. Their drought at Selhurst Park this season ended as they scored two against Arsenal last month and they have the danger in attack to trouble Spurs' defence. The visitors have been impressive and at times effective in the league this season, only bettered by Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool, and, although it is a potential banana skin in south London, another three points is expected here.

Best bet: Kieran Trippier to be carded at 11/1
Although he sat out their Champions League win, the England defender is expected to be restored to the Spurs XI for their trip to Selhurst Park and best odds of 11/1 for him to be carded looks massively overpriced. He has averaged a foul a game in the Premier League this season, but coming up against the likes of Patrick van Aanholt, Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha, with the latter particularly an expert at drawing in fouls, means he could be in for a challenge defensively and it is worth backing with small stakes.

Goals: Dele Alli to score and win at 4/1
Harry Kane is a marked man and, while he could well score, Palace's focus on him could open up space in the attacking third, freeing up the likes of Lucas Moura, Dele Alli and Erik Lamela. England midfielder Alli is just returning from a month on the sidelines and completed 90 minutes again PSV, so he is still building his match sharpness. He links up well with Kane and gets in dangerous positions to support the striker, so expect chances. Alli scored a memorable goal at here in 2016 and 4/1 for him to get on the score sheet and win here presents good value.

RequestABet: Tottenham to win, over 2.5 goals, Alli to score and Trippier to be carded at 28/1
