The live Sky Sports clash on Tuesday night is an East Midlands derby as Burton welcome Nottingham Forest to the Pirelli Stadium.
Both come into this game in mixed form having won two of their last five, while Burton's two losses in that time puts them in a slightly worse position.
Forest, despite being a league above, find themselves as odds-against with a general price of 5/4 representing good value given the fact that they have beaten Stoke and Newcastle in previous rounds.
This is a game where I'd hope to see goals based on track record. Forest have failed to score in just one away game this season, while that record stands at the same figure for Burton at home.
Both have also seen over 2.5 goals in three of their last five games, with the visitors' last two games in this competition having four goals or more.
Hillel Soudani could be handed a rare start here with Lewis Grabban set to be rested and questions surrounding the fitness of Daryl Murphy.
The winger has recently overcome a knee problem which saw him miss all of September and this clash presents him with an opportunity to get some much needed game time.
Despite being limited to just 145 minutes on the pitch in the Sky Bet Championship this season, the 30-year-old has two goals on his tally.
Soudani has contributed from the wide positions but has experience lining up in the striker role. Given the potential absence of Grabban and Murphy, the Algerian international could be playing more centrally against Burton.
Staying on the topic of goals, my attention was caught by the huge 35/1 on offer for Jack Robinson to score anytime here. The defender scored Forest's goal in their 1-1 draw at Leeds and has had other chances to strike so far this season.
The 25-year-old has had eight shots on goal already and featured in the Cup victories over Bury and Newcastle.
He has featured more regularly in the league this season, which leaves question marks surrounding his spot in the squad here. However, Danny Fox being set to miss out suggests that Robinson could line up in his usual left-back role.
Forest should be on the front foot here which does present opportunities from set-pieces. Robinson found the net at Elland Road as a result of a corner which highlights how he can be in the right place at these situations.
Based on that price, I'm more than happy to back him to score again here given how he has found the net already this season.
Elsewhere, the 7/1 on offer for Burton's Scott Fraser to be shown a card seems great value given his disciplinary record up to this point.
The midfielder came off the bench in their 2-1 defeat to Peterborough at the weekend and is well in contention for a start here, given the fact that he featured heavily prior to his injury.
Fraser has five yellow cards on his tally already, which includes one in their 2-1 win over Shrewsbury in the first round of this competition.
