The Premier League season is finally here, and the top goalscorer market is always one that provides interest.
Harry Kane take favouritism once again with a general price of 4/1 available on the England captain finishing top of the charts.
He's followed closely by Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, who have both registered 20-plus goals in previous seasons.
Kane should be up there come May. His goalscoring exploits are well-known throughout world football, but at these prices - he's as short as 100/30 in places - it just isn't interesting enough across the course of a season.
Instead, there's better value in siding with Arsenal's PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG.
We had him in the staking plan last season and he ended up in a three-way tie for the accolade, tying Salah and Sadio Mane on 22 goals and demonstrating throughout the campaign that he is a striker the Gunners can rely on.
His minutes-to-goal ratio was better than the Liverpool duo, with Sergio Aguero the only forward to boast a better return than his 124 minutes per goal average across the leading scorers.
It's made even more impressive considering the fact he had fewer shots than Salah, Mane and Aguero too. Aubameyang needed just 72 shots to score his 22 goals. For comparison, Salah needed 104.
The positive for Arsenal and Aubameyang this season is that they managed to secure the winger needed in the transfer window - Nicolas Pepe having arrived from Lille for a club record fee of £72m.
Arsenal do need to balance the goals out more as there was too much of a reliance on Aubameyang and strike partner Alexandre Lacazette to produce.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Mesut Ozil, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Iwobi combined for a total of just 18 goals, which isn't enough for a club that wants to be top-four regulars again.
Even with Pepe's arrival, combined with Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid on loan, Arsenal aren't going to become a completely balanced attacking unit overnight.
They will still be looking towards Aubameyang as someone who needs to continue producing and he looks the type we can rely on to reach 20 goals in a season all things being equal.
Chuck in the VAR factor and the chaos that should bring to the Premier League this season and that will only help to boost someone like penalty-taking Aubameyang's tally, so he gets the vote at the odds.
Everton have spent once again as they look to break into the top six. They know the question marks surrounding Chelsea and Manchester United and could be a side well equipped to secure European football.
Andre Gomes has joined from Barcelona for a £22m fee, while Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Fabian Delph have arrived to bolster the midfield area and fill the hole left by Idrissa Gueye.
Their latest addition (at the time of writing) is one to consider for an each-way bet and that is MOISE KEAN.
The 19-year-old made the switch to Goodison Park for what is reported to be a £30m fee. It's serious money for a young player, but Kean is one with serious potential.
Last season, he scored six goals in 13 Serie A appearances as he broke into the Juventus first team towards the back end of the campaign, solid numbers before considering the fact that most of playing time came from off the bench.
Kean has all the potential to be the next great striker. He's already scored two goals in three games for the Italian national side, both coming in competitive fixtures, and he's featured in the Champions League.
His record is simply outstanding whichever level he has played at. There were 29 goals in 36 games for Juve's under-17s side, 12 goals and five assists in 20 games for the under-19s alongside a host of goals throughout Italy's youth levels.
The Toffees have been crying out for someone to replace Romelu Lukaku. Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Oumar Niasse and Cenk Tosun haven't been able to hit the same heights as the Belgian and it has been one of the areas which has been holding Everton back.
Kean's arrival should finally do the job given some of the creativity in this Everton side. Gylfi Sigurdsson has continued to demonstrate why he is one of the best players in his position and Lucas Digne provides a presence from set-piece situations.
Obviously it remains to be seen as to how Kean adjusts to the Premier League, but everything points towards him enjoying life in England's top-flight and at 66/1 he's worth chancing.
Finally, a word on a few other outsiders to consider. If VAR truly is madness this season and we are seeing penalties given left, right and centre then look towards Crystal Palace's Luke Milivojevic.
He's available at 150/1, which is hardly a surprise, but the Serbian is the best penalty taker in the league. Playing in defensive midfield, Milivojevic netted 12 goals in total last season, the majority coming from the spot.
Elsewhere, a player new to the Premier League in Neal Maupay, who joined Brighton from Brentford for a club-record fee, reportedly in the region of £20million.
An outstanding striker who has the all-round attributes to justify the price tag, this 22-year-old scored 25 last season and was only beaten by Teemu Pukki in the Sky Bet Championship scoring charts.
Under Graham Potter, we should see a Brighton team more intent on attack. A problem under Chris Hughton was their goal-scoring at times but this Brighton side should not have that issue.
It's obviously a huge step-up, but big prices on Maupay are worth a second glance.
