The Russian star, 34, previously competed at Alexandra Palace in the 2009 event, where she took on Remco van Eijden in the preliminary round.
She has since taken her tally of Lakeside Championship titles to three with successes in 2012 and 2013 to follow up her 2008 win, and has also claimed the Women's World Masters title.
Dobromyslova came through an 82-player field in Dusseldorf on Saturday, where 15 countries were represented, to secure her spot as one of two female qualifiers for this year's World Championship.
She defeated Vanessa Nelz, Anna Degal, Baerbel Holst and Karolina Podgorska for the loss of only two legs in reaching the semi-finals.
There, Dobromyslova overcame leading Japanese player Mikuru Suzuki 5-2 and swept past Germany's Silvia Dolores Keller 6-0 in the final.
"I'm so glad to qualify this weekend, it feels good," said Dobromyslova. "It's been tough but I'm so grateful for the support.
"I'd like to thank the PDC for giving the chance for ladies - it's good to compete. Hopefully [I've learned] a lot [since 2009] but we'll see in December!
"It was a while ago but I really enjoyed it, and hopefully this year I'll do better. If I get through my first match I'll be delighted."
Keller's route to the final included wins over Irina Armstrong and Dana Verhaegen, the wife of PDC star Kim Huybrechts, before claiming a 5-2 semi-final success over Portugal's Neuza Beatriz da Cunha Araujo.
One further place for female players at Alexandra Palace will be on offer at the UK & Ireland Qualifier on Sunday November 25 in Milton Keynes.
